Can't remember having to use a code to be honest but I received my email immediately and confirmed my identity using link, went back to site and cash was there, 80 minutes later cash was gone  Bingo cards cost 60p each and you have to buy a minimum of two per game but you get two free (so 4 cards per game) everything is done automatically and IF you win anything that is done automatically, there were a few slots to play as well but never played them.
The Bingo is pure luck you could win a Jackpot straight away if you are lucky and it would be worth it then. I would rather have used the £21 to buy in to a Poker tourney but beggars can't be choosers  good luck all

done it all in one afternoon jenbones, can't understand what may have gone wrong with yours, having said that I did lose it all in the same afternoon so don't lose any sleep over it
